product anti aging review on Music City Metals 66652 Replacement
I ordered these on Saturday, got them in today, Tues.
1 Star for Amazon Prime free shipping as these are HEAVY DUTY.
1 Star for the awesome construction, these things are tank tough.
1 Star for appearance. They look great.
I wish they fit....
-1 Star Advertized to be direct replacement for Charbroil 463248108.
Nope.
-1 Star Advertized to be 18.25 x 26.25 and it actually says on the box from the Mfgr. 18.25x26.25 They are actually 19x24 and are too long and not wide enough for my grill.
Sending back for refund.
OK, after further investigation, I figured out the problem.
Amazon marked the box incorrectly. They incorrectly put an inventory tag of 66652 on a box containing model number 66662. The Item # 66662 is clearly marked on the box which is 19x25.
I contacted Amazon and they sent out a replacement. The replacement came in today and was the correct 66652 model and it fits even better then the originals.

Makes delicious things and has been a great replacement for my charbroiler grille. No complains about it's performance and though I abused it under adverse weather conditions, it hasn't rusted or called child services.
ReplyDeleteBBQ grill grates fit perfectly and look perfect. These were 1/2 the price that the name brand company wanted to charge me. I am very pleased with this product.

We are very happy with the Cast Iron Grills from Music City Metals. Was a real step up from the previous original porcelain grills that deteriorated in a short time. Clean up is easy and seasoning them was also pretty quick and easy to do. I was so amazed how fast we received this item once ordered.
ReplyDeleteThese grates seem to be of high quality and fit just the same as the originals on my Charbroil grill. They are much cheaper than the name brand replacement parts.
ReplyDeleteMake sure to season them, especially if you are in a climate that is prone to rusting. I've learned that lesson the expensive way.
needed a replacement grill top for a char broil grill. ordered it at a good price; i came on time and it fit.
ReplyDeleteGot great advice to coat this grate with Crisco and bake it on the grill with no food at high temps for 30 minutes, and it's been a joy to use since then. Nothing sticks, easy to clean, and great grill marks. Fit my grill like a glove... I'd get it again.
